Solutions Engineer:
Judge Consulting Group is seeking a Solutions Engineer with expertise in integrating various industrial systems and protocols in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Kepware, OPC-UA, MQTT, MODBUS, HighByte, OSI PI, and other relevant technologies. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust integration solutions to optimize our manufacturing processes. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to provide solutions architecture for connecting manufacturing data systems, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange across the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement industrial integration solutions to connect disparate systems and devices.
- Configure and troubleshoot HighByte, Kepware, OPC-UA, MQTT, MODBUS, OSI PI, and other integration platforms and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Develop custom scripts or applications to enhance automation and data exchange between systems.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in industrial automation and integration.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications):
- Proven industrial integration experience
- Proficiency with Kepware, OPC-UA, MQTT, MODBUS, and other relevant technologies.
- Strong understanding of industrial protocols, data models, and communication standards.
- Experience in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, PowerShell) and database systems (e.g., MSSQL, MySQL).
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with AWS services such as API Gateway, EC2, EKS, Lambda, and S3 integrations.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and best practices for scalable and resilient systems.
- Certification(s) in AWS or relevant cloud platforms.
